North Western Halls is one of the most famous landmarks in Liverpool. It is as well listed building. It is situated in the heart of the city, adjacent to Liverpool Lime Street Train Station and opposite the historic St. George’s Hall. It was built as British transport hotel – North Western Hotel in 1871 by Alfred Waterhouse. In 2004 it was sold to the Cosmopolitan Student Homes so it is the students’ accommodation now. There are 250 study bedrooms organized into flats of various sizes, typically containing between 3 and 6 bedrooms each. North Western Hall offers a 24/7 staff presence at the reception, launderette and many public telephones.
