Old Rep Theatre is a small theatre (it has 383 seats) in the centre of Birmingham. It plays host to the Birmingham Stage Company and others amateur companies. It offers a wide variety of productions such as plays, musicals, Christmas productions and specially written issued-based drama for young people. It is a Grade II listed building.

The Old Rep Theatre offers a traditional style theatre with proscenium arch and steeply raked seats. The auditorium holds 260 in the stalls and 123 in the balcony. The theatre building was built in 1913 and it was home for Birmingham Repertory Theatre led by Sir Barry Jackson (from 1913 to 1971). It was the first Theatre in England to be specifically designed for repertory. Nowadays it is fully refurbished and the licensed bar offers many different refreshments.
